    We appreciate your using STEM's ticket support system to request help and assistance for your technology needs. There are now two ways to submit a technology support request.

  • Tech Ticket






    The first method is to submit a tech ticket in-house.  You can only view and fill out the form below by logging on to your LAUSD account profile/email:

  • Request A Device

    To help support your child’s computing device and internet connectivity needs this year, please take a moment to visit device.lausd.net and answer a few questions. The same form also allows you to provide consent for computing devices checked out to your child (only one form is needed for all children you have enrolled in an LAUSD school).

El mismo formulario también le permite dar su consentimiento para los dispositivos informáticos prestados a su hijo/a (solo se necesita un formulario para todos los niños que haya inscrito en una escuela del LAUSD).

  • How To Get A Daily Pass

    Students and staff must show their daily pass first before entering the school campus. Please see instructions below on how to obtain a daily pass on your devices i.e. phone, computer.
